Your privacy settings on that account permits us to access to your information and enable us to create a Rekatone account for you. If you choose to connect your contacts and address book information with your account, we can also collect the contact information of your friends so as to enable you to connect with your friends whenever you use our services. For this purpose, you hereby consented for such exercise of collecting date from your social network account and that we are hereby authorised to act and/or rely on the information obtained therefrom which shall at all times be deemed as correct and accurate representing your actual status.

3.1 Personal Information submitted to us through our Website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the Website.
