It is an over 30 years old single story corner house with only 1200 sqft, built up. We suggested the owner demolish the whole house and reconstruct it from the new foundation. After rebuilding the house size became 2400 sqft. This design theme namely Scandinavian Minimalist. Scandinavian minimalism is a popular trend in interior design right now. It comes with textiles, a few house plants, white walls and warm lighting. It gives people a warm and cozy feeling. Owner requested a rooftop brought by glass, and put a few potted plants in it. It also can be known as a potting area. It is beside their dining area, to make the owner feel comfortable when they enjoy their breakfast or lunch. Lastly, it can also make the house feel greenery.
