The client idea is to renovate and rented out the 2 bedrooms one bathroom unit with 632sqft. We have help our client to design a modern style kitchen area, living room turns to 2 single rooms with partition. This unit is only rent out to female only, so we suggest to use pink + grey color scheme for the curtain. All the furniture is using white to let the space looks wider and clean. Within 2 weeks after renovation, all the rooms rented out in 2 weeks time. We help client to renovate from electrical wiring for light, add partition, add air-conditional, kitchen cabinet, furniture installation, curtain installation and rented out the unit. From the stage of the new unit developer hand over key to owner, we use 3 weeks time to renovate and 2 weeks time to rented out the unit. Client is satisfy with our services from renovation stage till the unit rented out.
