Owner has very little budget to build their bungalow . So what we do is provide the design and let owner to choos they stay long house . The owner have many questions and the design also been reject in 8 times . We try to provide the best service to him but in the end we are wrong . How good service we provide , at last we can’t get this job . Yeah . Some designer firm is get his job . But after 6 month the owner came back to us pay and ask us to rebuild this house . The owner has accept the ex contract pricing as low as 90 k , so at last he need to pay us Rm 280000 to build they new house .
